There are no additional charges for water or garbage.  We also do not charge extra for basic lawn care such as mowing or weeding throughout the year!

The 2011-2012 Season is defined as October 1, 2011 through September 2012.  Rates are typically adjusted for each subsequent Season.

Please contact our office for current rates if you are making a reservation for a future season.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

All posted rates (except daily & weekly) are plus electric.  City water and sewer are included on all rates.  All rates are based upon two persons per unit.  Addtional guests are $2.00 per day (no charge for children under 6 years of age).  A $100 deposit is required to reserve a lot.  All rent payments are due October 1st and must be paid in full by December 1st.  Balances not paid in full by December 1st will incur a 1 1/2% late charge on the outstanding alance of rent due for every month (partial or full) until the balance is paid.  RV site reservations for 1, 3 or 4 months must be paid in full upon arrival.

REFUND POLICY: Cancellation request must be sent to the Park Office in writing, email or faxed AND received by Park Management before October 1st.  Cancellations before October 1st, will receive a full refund less a $25.00 processing fee (please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund).  No refunds will be made after October 1st unless written proof of medical reasons or other critical matters is provided to Park Management and no refunds after arrival.

Electric cost is submetered by Split Rail RV Park and not First Choice Power.  Tenant's submeter bills are calculated pursuant to Public Utilities Commission Subt. R. 23.51(c)(1)G(i).
