TERMS & CONDITIONS
All posted rates (except daily & weekly) are plus
electric. City water and sewer are included on all rates. All rates
are based upon two persons per unit. Additional guests are $2.00 per day
(no charge for children under 6 years of age). While in residence, there is a $7.50 per month
charge for garbage service.
A $100 deposit is required to reserve a lot. All rent payments are due
October 1st and must be paid in full by December 1st. Reservations for 3
or 4 months must be paid in full upon arrival.
Refund Policy: Cancellation must be in writing or faxed and received before
October 1st. Cancellation before October 1st, will receive a full refund
less a $25.00 processing fee (please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your
refund). No refunds will be made after October 1st unless written proof of
medical reasons or other critical reasons is provided to management and no
refunds after arrival.
Electric Cost is submetered by
Split Rail RV Park and not Just Energy. Tenant’s submeter bills are calculated pursuant
to Public Utilities Commission Subt. R. 23.51(c)(1)G(i.).
